The brief
Sümeyye Türcan provides family counselling, couples counselling, adolescent support, individual therapy, assessment and evaluation, and online sessions. The website needed to organise these services clearly so users could quickly find the right support.
The core need was not simply a list of services — it was a digital environment that immediately inspires confidence, makes the appointment process simple, and translates the brand's empathetic approach into digital language. In a sensitive field like family and relationship counselling, visitors must feel safe the moment they arrive, understand the services easily, and find a clear path to getting in touch.
The approach
We structured the site around three ideas: safe first contact, legible service architecture, and a smooth appointment flow. The homepage leads with a message about strengthening family bonds, followed by service cards and clear booking directions. Each counselling area — family, couples, adolescent, individual, assessment, online — is separated so users reach the right support fast.
In the visual language, a red floral form carries the feeling of care, connection, and emotional healing. Paired with grey typography, this warm accent gives the brand a look that is both professional and deeply human.
